Hello and welcome to the 21-Day Alignment Challenge, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Before we dive in, I want to be clear about the word “challenge.” This isn’t something that’s going to build on each day in a way that leaves people behind. This isn’t about setting the bar so high that only a few can reach it. This is a challenge for everyone.

Whether you’re brand new to Human Design and just learning what it means to live in alignment, or you’ve been practicing for years, this challenge is for you. I’ll be doing it right alongside you because even those of us who know our design pretty well can really benefit from checking in with ourselves.

This Challenge Is For You

At different points in our lives, we all need to come back and check in with ourselves. We need to see what areas of our life can be tweaked, what needs a little bit of attention, so we can bring them back into alignment.

So I invite you to come back to this challenge on multiple occasions. Don’t just do it once and never return. It’s here for you anytime you want to use it, anytime you need to come back. Maybe there are certain days you’ll revisit, or maybe certain weeks. Embrace it in the way that is most meaningful to you.

Whether you’re doing this challenge at the beginning of the year, in the middle of the year, or closing out your year with this practice, it can be so impactful.

How This Works

Over the next 21 days, I invite you to create a sort of ritual for yourself. Block out the time so this never feels like too much to do in a day. I promise to keep everything really short.

Not every day will be a video. In fact, there will be very few videos, and that’s intentional. Sometimes we just need a visual cue, words, reminders to really help us stay on track and learn.

You’ll receive DAILY emails with the full daily content - no need to log in to the course platform unless you want to! (You’ll also be given the option to opt out of those daily emails if that’s not your jam!)

The most important piece is just making the time for yourself each day.

I’ll be here to give you the cues and tools to help you recognize yourself in your design. Sometimes it’s just a few words, a few things that trigger something in you to go, “Oh, okay. I need to rethink this,” or “I need to give this more time.”

A lot of times, we just need to give ourselves those few moments a day to reconnect with ourselves. And if that’s what this challenge does, if it challenges you to take 5 to 15 minutes each day for yourself to reflect and sit with yourself, then it will be a successful challenge.

What to Expect Over 21 Days

We’re breaking this into three weeks:

Week 1 (Days 1-7): Return to Awareness
You’ll get reacquainted with your unique design: your Type, Strategy, Authority, Signature emotion, and Not-Self theme. This is your foundation.

Week 2 (Days 8-14): Practice in Real Time
You’ll actually USE your design in daily decisions. We’ll practice Strategy, Authority, boundaries, and decision-making with real-life examples.

Week 3 (Days 15-21): Embodied Alignment
We’ll focus on nervous system regulation, sustainable practice, and creating your personal alignment toolkit for life beyond these 21 days.

I love to hear from you guys and I love questions. If you have questions, I want to be here to help you and make sure you’re not getting stuck at any point. We want to keep your momentum going.

And of course, I also invite you to reply to the daily emails if you have something you’d like to share. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a question. Don’t just sit there thinking, “This is too confusing for me” or “I don’t think this is for me.” Sometimes it’s just a small rephrase that can help get some clarity for you.

What Alignment Actually Feels Like

Let me share something important: Your body knows before your mind does.

Alignment isn’t a destination. It’s a frequency. It’s about learning to recognize the difference between these two states in YOUR body:

Alignment feels like:

  • Something just feels so RIGHT

  • Ease, even when something is challenging

  • Energy flowing rather than forcing

  • Clarity, even if you can’t explain why

  • A moment where you just knew: “Yes, this is what I’m meant to be doing.”

Misalignment feels like:

  • Friction, force, push

  • Things feeling harder than they need to be

  • Exhaustion that doesn’t match the effort

  • That feeling of “what is going on? Why are all these things happening to me?”

So often, we focus on the times we felt out of alignment. All those times when things didn’t work out, when we felt awful, when things kept snowballing, and there was bad thing after bad thing happening.

Today, we’re going to shift out of that frame of thought.

📝 Today’s Reflection

I want you to reflect on a moment when you felt deeply aligned.

You might not have even known it was deep alignment at the time, but something was just so right.

Maybe it was:

  • A blissful moment on a holiday you took

  • A moment of recognition you received from a boss, colleague, or client

  • A time when you just knew: “Yes, I am doing the work I’m meant to be doing.”

Write that in your journal. Document it in some way.

If you’re using a computer, maybe you can find an image that represents that, a picture from your holiday or something from your work. Grab a screenshot and add it to your visual documentation of these 21 days, however you like to do it.

Not everyone is a journaler. Not everyone can sit there and write and write and write (many of you can, I know that!), but we want to have something, whether it’s visual or written, that connects us to that moment.

We want something that when we look at it, we go: “Oh yeah, I remember that feeling.”

We want to come back to that feeling all the time because the more we come back to it, the more our brain gets used to it, and the more we’re going to be able to identify those moments where we feel in crystal clear alignment going forward.

✨ Today’s Task

Set yourself up for success over these 21 days:

  1. Get your journal (or decide how you’ll document this journey)

  2. Set a time in your calendar - When will you read the post? Write in your journal? Put it in your phone so you don’t miss it.

  3. Commit to this for 21 days - Let that be the challenge for you.

And most importantly: Reflect on that moment of deep alignment and document it.

What’s Coming Tomorrow

Tomorrow, we’re diving into an introduction to your Human Design. We’re going to explore your energy type, and it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new or if you’ve taken all the Human Design courses. There’s never a bad time to come back and reconnect with your energy type.

Before You Go

I want you to know: You being here, reading this, saying yes to yourself, that’s already alignment in action.

See you tomorrow!

With love,
Melissa
