Terms and Conditions for The Alignment Academy Listing Program

Welcome to The Alignment Academy Listing Program for graduates of The Alignment Academy. By signing up for either the Listing Only or Listing + Scheduler options, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you fully understand this opportunity's details.

General Terms

  1. Eligibility:

    • This program is exclusively available to graduates of The Alignment Academy.

  2. Program Features:

    • Listing Only: Includes a professional listing on my website with a direct link to your personal scheduler or website.

    • Listing + Scheduler: Includes a professional listing and access to my scheduling system. Payments are processed through the system and transferred to you.

  3. Free Trial Period:

    • Both options include a 90-day free trial, starting from the date of sign-up.

  4. Setup Fees:

    • A one-time, non-refundable setup fee applies:

      • Listing Only: $25.

      • Listing + Scheduler: $75.

  5. Ongoing Monthly Fees:

    • After the free trial period, monthly fees will be charged as follows:

      • Listing Only: $5/month.

      • Listing + Scheduler: $25/month.

  6. Termination and Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for setup fees or any monthly fees already paid.

    • Upgrades and Downgrades:

      • Upgrading from Listing Only to Listing + Scheduler requires a $50 setup fee.

      • Downgrading from Listing + Scheduler to Listing Only does not require an additional setup fee.

    • Trial Periods: Trial periods are only valid once. If you cancel your enrollment and choose to re-enroll at a later date, the free trial period will not apply.

  1. What’s Included:

    • A professional listing on my website.

    • A direct link to your scheduler or website for client bookings.

  2. Your Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for maintaining your own scheduling system and providing clients with any necessary information.

Specific Details for Listing + Scheduler

  1. What’s Included:

    • A professional listing on my website.

    • Access to a scheduler integrated into my scheduling system.

    • Payment processing and transfer to your preferred account.

  2. Zoom or Video Conferencing Access Not Included:

    • This program does not include access to Zoom or any other video conferencing platform. You are responsible for providing your clients with your own video conferencing link for sessions.

    • Please be aware this may involve additional costs for your business, such as a Zoom subscription or alternative service.

  3. Payment Transfers:

    • Payments collected through the scheduler will be transferred to you on the 10th & 25th of each month after money has been released from providers (Stripe or PayPal). Stripe typically releases payments within 7 days, while PayPal may release funds immediately or hold them based on their policies.

    • Any transaction fees associated with payment processing will be deducted before transfer.

    • NOTE: Users have the option to use their own payment processor. In this case, clients would schedule their reading through the scheduler, and the student/graduate would arrange payment (along with video conferencing) directly with the client. This option can help users save on payment transfer fees.

  4. Scheduler Management:

    • You will have access to update your availability in the scheduler.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure your calendar is accurate and up-to-date.

Additional Terms

  1. Liability Disclaimer:

    • While I aim to provide a seamless experience, I am not liable for any technical issues, missed bookings, or disputes between you and your clients.

  2. Modification of Terms:

    • I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions with 30 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

  3. Non-Transferability:

    • Your participation in this program is non-transferable and limited to you as a graduate.

  4. Agreement:

    • By signing up for this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
